At Melange Spa, you're invited to take the first step toward feeling your best. From our home in downtown Alton, we serve patients across the Riverbend, the Metro East, and the greater St. Louis area with care that looks at the whole person, not just a single symptom.
Our approach
We combine medical aesthetics with hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and medically supervised weight loss. Whether you're looking to refresh your appearance, balance your hormones, lose weight, or simply feel like yourself again, we build a plan around your body and your goals, with honest guidance and no pressure.
Our provider is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri, so patients on both sides of the river can be seen here.
